Akil Hameed

As Founder and CEO of FASS Real Estate Services(FASS), Akil Hameed has progressively grown the company which currently manages more than $80,000,000 in real estate, consisting of scattered site commercial and residential properties in Northeast Ohio and its surrounding suburbs. In 2021; FASS launched their Development firm where today the team is working on projects ranging from $5-20,000,000 in build-cost.

At FASS, Hameed directs a team of over 20 Brokers to develop and implement marketing strategies that expand awareness and recognition of the company. Hameed brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Real Estate business. He was most recently selected by the National Association of Realtors President to serve as the National Diversity Committee Chair for the organization. Hameed is also the most recent 2023 President of Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors. 

Hameed has a MBA in Business and Graduated from Florida A&M University. He is married to Felicia and together they have 4 children.
